The National Standardization Administration issued two national standards for lighting
On July 31, 2017, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Management Committee issued the “National People's Republic of China Standards Announcement [2017 No. 20]”, “GB/T 34034-2017 LED lighting products for general lighting use. The 203 national standards and 10 national standards such as "Requirements" and "GB/T 34075-2017 LED lighting products for general lighting use" are also published in foreign languages. According to the announcement requirements, the above two national standards for LED lighting products will be formally implemented on February 1, 2018.

The main content of the standard: This standard specifies the classification and naming of the xenon lamp, main dimensions, basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to neon lamps with a power of 3 500 W and below with a clear glass bulb. The lamp is powered by a 220 V or 380 V AC frequency grid with 50 Hz frequency according to different specifications. When the reference ballasts and triggers complying with Appendix A are within the range of 92 % to 106 % of the rated supply voltage, they can start normally. And light up.

QB/T 5209-2017"Integrated LED Lamp Performance Requirements for Decorative Lighting"

The main content of the standard: This standard specifies the product classification and naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and packaging requirements for integrated LED lamps for decorative lighting. This standard applies to non-directional integrated LED lamps used as decorative lighting in homes and similar places, integrating LED light sources and stable lighting components. The scope of application is as follows: rated voltage AC220 V, frequency 50Hz; adopt screw type lamp holder conforming to GB/T 1406.1 or bayonet type lamp holder conforming to GB/T 1406.5; external dimensions meet the requirements of GB/T 7249, the maximum diameter of the lamp shape Not more than 50 mm. Any lamp that meets the requirements of this standard shall be able to start up and work normally under the condition that the ambient temperature is between -20°C and 45°C within the range of 92% - 106% of the rated supply voltage or within the nominal operating voltage range.

 

"City Lighting Contract Energy Management Technical Regulations" Begins to Be Implemented


On July 1, 2017, the “Technical Regulations for Energy Management of Urban Lighting Contracts” promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China was formally implemented. "Guiding Standard for Maintenance Costs of Urban Lighting Facilities in Zhuhai City (Trial)"


At the beginning of July 2017, the Municipal and Forestry Bureau of Zhuhai Municipality of Guangdong Province disclosed that the Bureau organized the Urban Construction Facility Management Center to carry out the preparation of the “Guiding Standard for the Cost of Urban Lighting Facilities in Zhuhai (Trial)”. It is reported that after the implementation of the "Guiding Standard," it will provide a reasonable reference for the protection of the 12,000-inch LED street light and the scientific custody funding basis to ensure the level of LED street light maintenance. It is understood that Zhuhai City has promoted the use of LED street lamps since 2012, and the LED street lamp renovation work has basically been completed. The number of LED street lamps newly built, transformed, and applied in the city has reached more than 120,000. As the national, provincial (municipal) and related industries have not yet issued corresponding LED street light maintenance funding guidance standards, and the current implementation plan for the maintenance of traditional street lights in our city is implemented in 2011, its cost standards relative to the current price and labor Low. In order to provide relatively reasonable expenses for the daily maintenance of LED street lamps, and provide a scientific and reasonable reference basis for the compilation of departmental budgets by various districts and relevant custodial units, the Zhuhai Municipal Administration and Forestry Bureau has organized the “Guiding Standards”.

It is understood that the traditional lamp maintenance cost of sodium lamps (including traditional lamps and lanterns) is 310 yuan/year. The LED street lamp warranty period (excluding lamps and lanterns) is 270 yuan/year. The LED lamp is maintained during the warranty period. The unit price standard is 405 yuan/year (including the replacement of light bulbs and power supply and labor costs, mechanical fees, and material costs, etc.). Annual maintenance cost standards for flood lighting and landscape lighting shall be calculated based on 5%-10% of the single-item lighting project settlement price.
