1, storage

2, clean

Do not use an unknown chemical liquid to clean the LED, because that may damage the surface of the LED resin, or even cause cracks in the gel. If necessary, clean the LED at room temperature by immersing the LED in alcohol or fluorinated bath for one minute.
3, forming

Do not form during welding or after welding. Forming must be completed before welding if necessary. Remember that the behavior of any extruded resin can damage the gold wire inside the LED.

4, welding

During the welding process, do not apply any external pressure to the lamp body, otherwise there may be cracks inside the LED, which will affect the internal gold wire connection and cause quality problems. Colloids must not be immersed in solder. When welding, the welding point should be at least 2 mm away from the lower edge of the colloid. After the welding is completed, it is necessary to use three minutes to allow the LED to return to normal temperature from a high temperature. If soldering iron is used to solder linearly arranged LEDs on the same PCB, do not solder both pins of the same LED at the same time. Soldering iron requires 30W or less soldering iron. 5, anti-static precautions

All equipment and instruments that contact led must be grounded;
