Yuliang LED Employees Showcase Team Spirit in Annual Tug-of-War Competition
June 2023 — In a vibrant display of unity and resilience, Yuliang LED successfully held its annual staff tug-of-war competition in late December 2021. The event brought together six teams from across the company, highlighting the strong collaborative culture and physical vitality that define the Yuliang LED workforce.
Organized with the goal of promoting employee well-being and fostering a spirit of teamwork, the competition featured teams from production, technical, sales, material support, and engineering departments. Each team, comprising ten members (seven men and three women), competed in a best-of-three format, showcasing not only strength but also strategy and coordination.
After intense and spirited matches, the Material Support Team claimed first place, followed by the SMD Production Team in second and the Engineering Quality Team in third. The Sales Elite Team was honored with the Perseverance Award for their unwavering effort and enthusiasm throughout the competition.
The event reinforced Yuliang LED’s commitment to employee engagement and a healthy, positive workplace. By encouraging teamwork and celebrating perseverance, Yuliang LED continues to build a cohesive and motivated community dedicated to both personal growth and corporate excellence.
